Sheli Gartman

CEO/Founder

Sheli Gartman (Sheli G) is the founder and CEO of Women Ignite. She worked her way up from a starting position to management at a finance company, breaking national company records in multiple areas. She then launched her own mortgage brokerage in three Idaho Cities. At that time, Sheli began her intensive personal growth journey, attending trainings worldwide, and achieving her Life, Group and Business Coaching Certifications. 

Sheli then branched out and created a wildly successful, online, global handbag business that allowed her to stay at home while her children were little. She then combined her corporate background, online business expertise, entrepreneurial experience, personal growth knowledge and certifications, and founded her own Professional Development and Personal Growth Consulting Company SheliG.com.

From there Women Ignite was created in 2013 with a focus on Professional Development, Personal Growth, and Relationship Building for Women, as we link arms with all amazing humans to succeed. 

She enjoys speaking, consulting and training people worldwide on their Superpowers, Intergenerational Teams, Mentoring, Leadership, Business Development, Hiring, Public Speaking, Strengthsfinders, Start Ups, Change Management, Social Media and more. 

She makes her home in Meridian, ID and has 4 kids, and some poodles. She enjoys singing, performing comedy, karaoke with friends, and collaborating with the hungry, the servant achievers, the hope dealers in the world. 

Paige Wiscombe

Business Manager & WICoach 

Paige has been a growing leader in the Treasure Valley for the past four years through her own adventures with entrepreneurship, as well as with Women Ignite. Outside of being the Business Manager of Women Ignite, Paige consults many businesses and entrepreneurs on systems, platforms and procedures to help them succeed and to scale upward and outward with growth. She has a passion for diversity, world travel, fitness, the outdoors, and creating value and significance everywhere she goes, both personally and professionally. Paige also serves on the board for The Culture for Change Foundation. Paige resides in Nampa, Idaho, with her two dogs Ellie and Emerson.

Janet Ravenscraft

Janet is an author and speaker who is enjoying her semi-retirement after working over 30 years in Corporate America. She brings a wealth of knowledge and diversity to the team, along with a quick smile and a sunshine personality. Janet seeks new adventures where she can have fun, share her passions and travel the world. She lives in Idaho with her husband, two grown children, and thrives on spending any time with her family and friends.

Trevor Allen

WICoach

Trevor Allen is a WICoach and the Messaging Manager at Extreme Nazarene Missions, a global missionary sending agency based out of Boise, Idaho. While creativity is something he cherishes and gets to operate in daily, his other strong passion is helping people overcome the strongholds and inner wounds that are holding them back from their full potential.

Misty Tyme Young

Rev. Misty Tyme is a Certified Death Doula author, speaker and creator of The Forgiveness Algorithm™. With a gift for opening hearts through her humorous and touching stories, Rev. Misty is known for uplifting and enlightening audiences in her talks, classes and workshops. Misty lives in Eagle, Idaho with her husband and children.

Sherri is full of zest and vitality to live life to the fullest. She is always engaged in some aspect of self improvement to allow herself to grow. Sherri loves mentoring others through sharing her own life lessons and experiences. Sherri is passionate about collaborating with others to build authentic relationships. She embraces all things that bring joy and happiness into the world. In her free time, she enjoys everything about the outdoors, such as camping, fishing, and hiking. Sherri is well known for her mad cooking skills and she loves entertaining. She resides in Meridian, Idaho with her two fur babies, Elby and Fergie.
