Diane Bevan

CEO of Diane Bevan Consulting

From a small-town country girl fixing fences to a diversified influencer building bridges, Diane aspires to make an intentional impact nationwide. Diane has an inherent passion to serve all women, cultures, and communities, especially women-owned businesses and women-led nonprofits. She has been both, many times, and understands the inequities for women. She loves sharing her knowledge, lessons learned, processes, and strategies to assist the inspired.

Diane  has a passion for helping women entrepreneurs and women-led nonprofits as they start, grow, and thrive. As the former CEO of the Idaho Hispanic Chamber and Idaho Hispanic Foundation, she has seen firsthand the barriers in diverse communities. She founded both the Idaho Women's Business Center and Idaho Connect Programs in her role as CEO and secured almost 7 million in nonfederal and federal grants to her home state of Idaho in less than 5 years, instrumental in bridging the gap for the inequities in diverse communities.

Diane serves as an urban renewal commissioner for the City of Meridian and enjoys strategic planning and implementing projects to scale up Main Street America as she additionally is the co-chair of the Idaho Rural Success Summit. Her constant drive to empower women and serve the underserved shows in her community and servant leadership. Over the last year, she has created or helped create several nonprofits, Idaho Women for Education, Idaho Black Community Alliance, and Brown Like Me, and has 2 more pending, Idaho Connect Economic Access and Idaho Rez Rising.  

She is a 2019 and 2020 Idaho Business Review top 50 Women of the Year honoree, a 2021 CEO of Influence, and a 2022 top 50 Most Influential Business Leaders in Idaho. Diane recently received national recognition as the Association of Women's Business Centers' most prestigious award, the 2022 Marsha Bailey Leadership Award.

In addition to running her own consulting business, she is serving as the W.E.L.L WBC Program Director (Interim) and looks forward to using her experience to impact the women of Montana.
