Connie Miller is the CEO of Credible Advantage, a leadership and board development consulting business.  Before Connie’s recent retirement, she served as the President/CEO of Icon Credit Union. Connie is an author and enjoys sharing her insight through her book, “Don’t Sabotage Your Career.”

Connie’s gift is helping others discover joy in life and grow in their leadership and career journey.  Her passions include building strong leaders and strong cultures in the workplace and, most recently, aligning what’s important to you and what is getting in your way.  Connie has served on over 20 boards and committees and loves sharing best practices as a servant leader.
