Margo Clayson, from Inkom, Idaho, is the founder of The Mighty Microgreen. She uses microgreens, tiny nutritious veggies, as both a tool to teach and a solution to inspire healthy nutritional change in the diets of kids, adults, and families.

Margo is a wife, mother, and happy grandmother of 12 veggie eaters. She lives up in the mountains where the air is clean and her flock of white pigeons flies free.
